Drawing inspiration from the world of fine Scotch, we have reimagined the art of smoking. Our process is built around a rare and refined element: aged oak whisky barrels. Once used to mature exceptional Scotch, these casks are given a second life within our smokehouse.
As they slowly burn, they release a deep, elegant smoke layered, complex, and unmistakably smooth.
