Inspired by the natural harmony of the Scottish Highlands, our whisky makers composed Gold Cask through the careful union of three distinct cask types, each selected for its ability to contribute without excess. Classic bourbon casks bring clarity and natural sweetness. New charred oak adds structure and depth. Rarely used rye whiskey casks uncommon within Scotch whisky introduce a refined savoury edge and a gentle, lingering spice.
The result is a whisky that moves with elegance. Notes of ripe pear and candied orange emerge first, followed by honeysuckle, soft vanilla, and a measured touch of clove. Each layer reveals itself in sequence, never rushed, never forced.
